Acceptance
By accessing or using L!V!N, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your credentials and activity on your account. Additional age restrictions may apply to particular events or paid services.
Location & user content
L!V!N is a location-aware social service. When you publish a Snap or Event, location information may be shown according to your settings. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant L!V!N a limited license to host and display it to operate the service.
Community rules
Do not post unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or sexually exploitative content. Do not stalk, track, impersonate, scrape, disrupt, or endanger another person. Event hosts remain responsible for their events and local-law compliance.
Travel & real-world activity
Real-world meetups and couch listings involve inherent risk. Verify people and locations, communicate boundaries, use good judgment, and contact emergency services when needed. L!V!N does not guarantee users, listings, venues, routes, or event safety.
Purchases
If paid tickets or subscriptions are offered, the price and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Third-party payment and app-store terms may also apply. Unless required by law, completed digital purchases may be non-refundable.
Termination & disclaimers
We may remove content or suspend access for violations or safety risks. The beta service is provided as available and may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, L!V!N disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect losses.

What we collect
We collect account details, profile content, social connections, messages, events, Snaps, support requests, device information, and precise location when you choose features that require it.
How location works
Coordinates power maps, Snaps, events, distance, and routes. Safe Zones can shift a published location by up to 1.5 miles before it is shared. Safe Zones reduce precision but cannot eliminate every privacy risk.
How we use data
We use data to provide, secure, moderate, personalize, maintain, and improve L!V!N; respond to support; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell precise location data. Information is shared with the audience you select, service providers that help operate the app, and authorities when legally required or necessary to protect safety and rights.
Storage & retention
App data is hosted using service providers including Supabase. We retain information while needed for the service, safety, disputes, and legal compliance. Deleted content may persist temporarily in backups.
Your choices
You can change account privacy, delete your Snaps and Events, manage Safe Zones, and request account deletion through Support. Mobile permissions can be changed in device settings.
Children, changes & contact
L!V!N is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the beta evolves and will revise the date shown here. Contact support for privacy questions or requests.
